Goal

CREATE_ID, CREATE_DATETIME, LAST_UPD_ID and LAST_UPD_DATETIME columns are not present in cost head/detail tables,

COST_SUSP_SUP_HEAD: It does not include LAST_UPD_ID and LAST_UPD_DATETIME columns in table;

COST_SUSP_SUP_DETAIL & COST_SUSP_SUP_DETAIL_LOC : It does not include CREATE_ID, CREATE_DATETIME, LAST_UPD_ID and LAST_UPD_DATETIME columns in table;
