Fusion Global HR: Edit Task from Approval Notification of "Add Pending Work Relationship" Opens to Blank Page (Doc ID 2830827.1)

Issue :

When attempting to Edit the Approval Notification of "Add Pending Work Relationship" a blank Page opens.

Steps :

1. Identified a Terminated Employee in the Application.

2. Through Taleo Recruiting the person has been marked for Hire.

3. Then go to Scheduled Process , Executed Import "Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data " Parameters :
Import Object : New Hire Data
Export Data Range : 1

4. This program imported the person

5. From the Imported Candidate Notification, User clicked on " Process as Pending Worker "

6. And it opened a page " Matching Person Records" user chosen the Person who was already an employee and clicked continue.

7. A Warning Message appeared :
“ By Clicking this person, you will create a new work relationship instead of a new person record. Do you want to Continue ? ( PER-1530281) ”

8. Clicking on Ok took to the Review Page of " Create Work Relationship " and then submitted for Approval.

9. Now when the approver opens the notification, and when he clicks on Edit Button Instead of Approve or Reject, A Blank page opens.
