Symptoms
When user attempts to update employee hire work date, the following error is seen. The error is raised right after updating the work relationship with the updated date on the active record.

This person is enrolled in benefits. They need to be disenrolled from their benefits before you can change the work relationship start date. (BEN-991314).
Changes
The change is part of a new feature in 21D. Please refer to the following:
