Run Wave Group Which Initiates Several Waves However Nothing Allocated No OBLPNs Generated (Doc ID 2831100.1)

Symptoms

Initiated several waves via the Wave Group View menu (Run Nbrs WAV00003369 - WAV00003416), but nothing allocated to an OBLPN and no OBLPNS were generated.

I then ran one of the wave templates from the wave group manually from Manual Wave screen (WAV00003421) that worked and did generate several OBLPNs.

I would like Oracle to research the unsuccessful wave group and see if there is an issue with the Wave Group View function.
