Suppliers With Contacts In Fusion Are Losing The Connection To The Contact In Rfi (Doc ID 2831444.1)

Symptoms

Suppliers with contacts in fusion when processed by RFI lose the contact and replaced with 'No Contact No Contact'. THe fusion message shows that the contact is setup correctly and linked to addresses.

Address changes are not getting to MFCS correctly for the suppliers sites.
