How To Import Clause File From UCM Sever? (Doc ID 2831536.1)

User trying to export clause from one environment and Importing into another environment.
The Import Contract clauses from xml file ess job is getting succeeded, but data is not reflecting in environment.
When i check the log file i am getting the below message.
The XML file Face Sheet Contract for Goods_services for_to UNDP can't be accessed because it isn't in the correct location or the security settings are preventing access.
