 The benefits rate is blank in SSBEN when rate start date is prior to coverage start date (coverage is future dated).

Using the following configuration for Coverage and Rate start date, the rate is not displayed (blank) in SSBEN for an employee where the rate start date is prior to the coverage date.  
• Coverage Start Date = ‘First of month after elections made’
• Rate Start Date = ‘Pay period start, before first check, on or after cover start’

Example:
Employee has new coverage starting 10/1/21 and the rate start date is 9/20/21.  
Viewing dates between 9/20/21 -  9/30/21 the rate is blank.
