Symptoms
RFI does not raise an alert if there is a missing payment term DVM.
If there is a missing payment term DVM there is no email alert and the supplier just gets stuck in RFI. however the error can be found in the logs.
Steps:
1) Remove a payment DVM
2) Create a supplier/site in fusion with the missing DVM.
3) Note the supplier does not make it to MFCS and no email alerts.
