Symptoms

 On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Functional Setup Manager

When attempting to migrate BMP Rules for Journal Approval from the Manage Workflow Rules in Spreadsheet, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error : You can't migrate the rules for the Journal Approval workflow. Use Oracle BPM to manage the rules. (FUN-720570)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator
2. Setup and Maintenance
3. Manage Workflow Rules in Spreadsheet
4. Select Journal Approval
5. Click on the Download BPM Rules button
