DOCCLOSE_JOB Is Failed Under Merch Nightly (Doc ID 2832969.1)

Symptoms

The DOCCLOSE_JOB is failed in Merch Nightly jobs.

Steps:

1. Create a transfer with to_loc = physical warehouse
2. Ship the transfer
3. Change status of the item/virtual warehouse ranging to ‘D’
4. Run the item_loc_purge_job.
5. Item location ranging is deleted for the virtual warehouse even with a transfer to physical warehouse in the to_loc.
 
However when running the same test with a transfer having the FROM_LOC being a physical warehouse, the purge does not delete the ranging of the virtual location.
