When attempting to adjust an asset prorate convention via spreadsheet (ADFDI), the following error occurs:

You can't change the prorate convention for assets with a change in the cost basis bonus rule.
The cost and rules change transaction 300000000000000 failed for asset number 1234567.
The number of records processed is 0.
The number of records that failed is 1.
