Symptoms

XOrderMod Message fails with below error

Error:
Javax.ejb.EJBException: Error while calling Injector Service.: Exception calling plsql inject. Error from {call RMSSUB_XORDER.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] Unable to reinstate the order.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create Order via GUI Screen.
2. Send Message update via XOrder, using XOrderMod message to change Not After and Not Before Dates, and do not include EOM date.
