Symptoms

An error is reported when cancelling a Return (RMA) order:

You cannot cancel order xxxxxx because of the following reason. The submit field for the sales Order xxxxxxx for order line X, in schedule xxxxxxxx_x. the following error occurred

The update to the return line failed because the receiving status for the return changed, but order management does not have the latest status (FOM-4515053)

NOTE: the Return Line Status is - Awaiting Receiving.
