Symptoms

When attempting to revise a Drop Ship sales order the following error is raised:

Order management rejected the revision because the request to apply a hold on order line X failed for task DOO_Procurement, with error: A hold was not applied to order number XXXXX because purchase order XXXXX is under revision in Oracle Fusion Purchasing. Try again later.. (DOO-2686103)
