Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Newly converted user is not appearing in Person Management search.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Converted worker should appear in the search results.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Convert worker from pending worker into full employee
2. Search for converted employee through Person Management Search
3. Employee does not appear.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search for converted employees.
