Incorrect partsize while multipart upload using OCI CLI (Doc ID 2834656.1)

Symptoms

You are using OCI Object storage. Using CLI option and multipart technique, you try to upload two object one with size 5 GB and other with size 10 GB.

Command used to upload is given below:

1) Why is the 10GB upload faster than 5GB?
2) Why is the number of divisions of 10GB 10 parts?
