Symptoms
UPC_NOT_FOUND error not cleared upon refresh.
Steps to reproduce:
---------------------------
1. Pick a transaction which has failed with UPC_NOT_FOUND Error.
2. Navigate to transaction maintenance screen and enter the correct UPC.
3. Select More Actions -> Refresh Errors.
4. Note the error still remains.
