Transactions Update Datetime Not pdated Correctly for DCLOSE Deleted Transactions

Symptoms
ReSA Transactions update datetime issue for DCLOSE deleted transactions.
When ever a store day gets reopened (tran_type= 'REOPEN') , it is updating the sa_tran_head.update_datetime of all the previous DCLOSE transactions
Expectation is to update the timestamp for recent DCLOSE transaction only.
Problem Description
Day1:
DCLOSE1 transaction exists with status P
Day2:
Store Day Reopened
DCLOSE1 transaction status changes to 'D' and update datetime stamp updates to DAY2
New DCLOSE2 transaction with status 'P' gets created.
Day3:
Store day reopened again
DCLOSE2 transaction status changes to 'D' and update datetime stamp updates to DAY2
Apart from DCLOSE2 transaction update datetime changes on on DCLOSE1 transaction as well which is not expected.
New DCLOSE3 transaction with status 'P' gets created.
