Goal

Building an OTBI analysis using "Product Management - Item Revisions Real Time" to include "Item Attachments"."File". Expectation is that when the report is run the user can click on the link that shows in
the File column and the attachment will show. Without the correct setup this doesn't happen, when the link is clicked a new window opens up and it returns "No Results"
