ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Average weight calculated only at the receiving location.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Average weight should calculated at both location.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a type 4 catch weight item
2. Assign the item to WHs and Stores
3. Create a Transfer between locations
4. Ship with a variable weight entered in the ASN
5. Observe the average weight being recalculated
