Symptoms
Supplier Internal and External Registration screens are not displaying correctly after DFFs (Descriptive Flex Fields) were enabled.
For example: the screen title is cut off, LOV (List of Values) fields are grayed out, buttons and labels are cut off.
In this case, only 1 of 6 DFFs is displayed and it is only part of the label, not the entire label and no field. Screen also freezes up.
Cannot remove the DFFs because the Sandbox also freezes.
