Symptoms

Getting ORA-00001 Package Error while converting NIL_DETAIL_R file

We are receiving the below error when we are loading SKU ranging via Item_Ranging entity and NIL_DETAIL_R file.
"@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY_LOC) violated@2NEW_ISCL_SQL.PERSIST_ISCL"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import the attached file using the Item_Ranging entity
2. Do Data Validation
3. Do Business Validation(Here the issue occurs)
