In 19.0.008.x, when the Administrator logs into the domain while a batch is running, they are no longer able to see the Administration Dashboard entries, it remains blank. In previous versions the Administrator could still see the Dashboard.
The message may be "Unable to load Profile Administration" or "1 or more dashboard profiles failed to load". After the batch completes, the dashboard loads successfully.
