Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Retro for the late hire is not working. System does not pick up retroactively hired employee in Payroll.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After processing retroactive payroll, system should pick up retroactively hired employee in Payroll.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Late hire employee for e.q. on 05-Sep;
2. Assign Payroll to employee;
3. System triggers an event (when “regular” Payroll run is found with process date and date earned later than employee’s assigned payroll start date);
4. Employee is added to Process Results with status of 'Retroactively Added';
5. Assign element entries for retroactively hired employee;
6. System triggers Retroactive event;
7. Process Retroactive Payroll: Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive changes;
8. System does not pick up retroactively hired employee in Payroll.
