Unable to Find REST /SOAP API to create Costed and Accounting Transaction in project and costing

We are unable to Find REST /SOAP API to create Costed and Accounting Transaction in project and costing. Please provide us the REST /SOAP API to create Costed and Accounting Transaction in project and costing else provide us any FBDI template and process details for the same.

Note: Currently as per the standard process we are creating this by using ADFDI template to create the costed and accounted transaction.
