The subject areas for the GL subject areas are not translated to French.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set session language preferences to foreign language.
2. Tools > Reports and Analytics
3. New > Analysis
4. Select Subject Area pop-up window is displayed: Scroll to General Ledger subject areas.
