BPM Admin unable to Approve transactions.

Navigation: BPM Worklist > Inbox > Administrative Tasks
Select task (without opening details), then Click "Actions" Drop-down from top of the page
"Approve" option is not available here. Now, open the transaction and see if this option is missing here also.

How can Admin approve?
