Goal

 You are a Retail Cloud Customer with an active CSI that has been provisioned for the Retail Cloud Service assets and are unable to download artifacts such as the ones listed below from the Patches & Updates tab on My Oracle Support (MOS). You get the following message:

 

  1. Planning and Optimization Suite Cloud Services: Digital Starter Kits
  2. Store Inventory Operations Cloud Services: SOCS Mobile Application Archive (.MAA) patches
  3. Retail Integration Cloud Services: Cloud Client Connector packs, RIB-EXT binaries etc
  4. Retail Reference Library Release Collateral
