Goal

Need to understand the calculations done in the tran code entries for a Franchise order. So as per the technical brief it states the below condition:

Tran code 82: Cost = Shipped Quantity * WAC
Retail = Shipped Quantity * Order Cost

The Total cost is getting calculated using the retail price and not on WAC. There is nothing in the Technical Brief that says that if the “Method of Accounting is Retail” that Total Cost will be calculated based on retail and not WAC.

What is the actual calculation for Total Cost in Tran Data if the method of accounting is Retail for Franchise Sales?
