Not able to remove a boot volume from Volume group/How to remove attached Block/Boot Volumes from a volume group if remove option is missing

Symptoms
You have multiple boot and block volume attached in Volume Group. You wish to remove specified boot or block volume from a volume group. You are sometimes getting 'remove' option on console by clicking Actions menu but not always.
- under Compartment <Compartment name> you have multiple volume groups.
- Select the volume group from which you wish to remove block/boot volume. Click on the three dots. You are getting remove option sometime but not always.
Changes
Previously to remove block volumes from an existing volume group, action item needed were
- Open the navigation menu and click Storage. Under Block Storage, click Volumes Groups.
- In the Volume Groups list, click the volume group you want to add the volume to.
- In Resources, click Block Volumes.
- In Actions menu for the block volume you want to remove, click Remove.
- In the Confirm dialog, click Remove.
