Error opening a notification.

Task details aren't available for this task. (FUN-720809)

These are approval required (FYA) notifications tied to Change Assignment transaction.

Change Assignment approvals have 3 levels of approvals.
First level is based on AOR and 2nd and 3rd are based on Security Role.

Error happens at any level where if from the group of people, if someone claims and approve, then others in the group (same level) will get error when they open it.
It does not matter who, it can be any person within the group.
