Parent restricted SR 3-27853997401: Total On-Hand Quantity Incorrect
Goal
On Fusion11.13.21.07.0 version, Inventory find that Total On-Hand Quantity is incorrect
Case: Customer undertaking stock using the 'Physical Inventory' functionality.
A snapshot was taken of the Inventory at the commencement of the stock take.
This, however, is not showing the correct 'on hand' quantities.
When looking at Item Availability in 'Manage Item Quantities', it shows a lesser number available to Transact / Reserve which is around the level we expect.
There are substantial variation to the value which has a high financial impact to the business as we could be potentially requesting stock write offs when they are not required.
How can this be resolved?
e.g.
The Helmet - Size 4 (600/610mm) is just one example of many where the on hand quantity is incorrect.
We would expect On Hand = 0, ATR = 0 and ATT = 0
