Symptoms
When attempting to release pause on the sales order, the following error occurs.
The pause task set this pause to manual release because the pause exceeded the maximum retry attempts. (DOO-2685975) Details: Release the pause to skip it, or recover the pause to continue retrying.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and submit the order.
2. Perform picking and shipping.
3. Release the pause from Gantt chart actions--->Release pause task.
4. Pause is not getting released.
