Symptoms
After upgrading to Fusion 22A, BPM Worklist page references an image file 'https://xxxx-xxxx.xx.xxx.oraclecloud.com/integration/worklistapp/images/oracle_logo.png' which cannot be found, resulting in browser showing the page with an empty image box.

Upgrade to Fusion 11.13.22.01.0
