A User Is Not Able To Create Business Process In the Unifier Environment (Doc ID 2846976.1)

When a user attempts to create a new Business Process (BP), the "New" button in uDesigner > Business Processes is grayed out or disabled.

The User is expecting to be able to create new Business Processes in uDesigner.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > uDesigner > Business Processes.
  3. Note that "New" is grayed out or disabled and the user cannot create new BP.
  4. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > User Administration > Partner Users > Open user that is primary contact in SR > Permissions tab > Admin mode access > uDesigner > All > Business Processes > Full Access, Design, View, Deploy are all checked as user is member of Company Administrators.
