Unable To Access Order Release Using Endpoint "/shipments/{shipmentGid}/orderReleases" (Doc ID 2847735.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
REST API "/shipments/{shipmentGid}/orderReleases" is not returning the order releases associated to particular Shipment.

Other REST APIs like "/shipments/{shipmentGid}/refnums", "/shipments/{shipmentGid}/trackingEvents" to get Refnums and Tracking events linked to shipment are working fine.

But issue is only with getting order releases linked to shipment.

Results should show the order releases

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run REST API to get the shipment order releases.
