Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to update employment records using the Worker.dat HDL file, the following error occurs below for some of the employees

ERROR

JBO-27008: Attribute LegalEntityId in view object WorkRelationshipLogical cannot be set.

but the load completes successfully with the Assignment Changes reflecting on the Fusion HCM UI and Database or DB Tables. Also confirm that the Legal Employer is blank within the Assignment and Work Relationship UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load a Worker.dat HDL file
2. Encounter error message above for some of the records
3. Despite the error, the load completes with the all Assignment changes reflecting on the Fusion HCM UI and Database or DB Tables
4. Confirm that the Legal Employer is blank within the Assignment and Work Relationship UI
