Symptoms

While trying to configure a specific context segment example: ABC_Segment1 under Person EFF, the system doesn't allow to Save and Close. Clicking on Save and Close doesn't perform any action, also no Error/Validation message is displayed.

Also ABC_Segment1 is not displayed when searched.

If creating any new Person EFF definition example: ABC_Segment2, then Save and Close works.

So, the Save and Close doesn't work for a specific context segment and works for other new context segments.

Navigation : Setup and Maintenance > Manage Extensible Flexfield > Open PER_PERSON_EIT_EFF > Add context segment ABC_Segment1 under ABC_Context > Save and Close > Nothing happens and ABC_Segment1 is not saved.
