Symptoms

Selecting the button EXECUTE PLAN PROFILE when accessing a Plan Profile from a Learning Program does not do result in any changes such as adding additional plan records to the Learning Program or updating the Last Processed On field to the current system date.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to My Client Groups -> Learning -> Programs
  2. Access Program
  3. Click on Plan Profiles
  4. Select the Plan Profile row
  5. Click on Execute Plan Profile
