Goal

Cannot select Synchronization mode in Cycle Count by Category:

When the user attempts to select 'Complete' in the Synchronization mode, the next step for selecting the items in item category is gray out as well as the Next button.
The count can be saved, but the synchronization mode is automatically returned to None.
