XOrderDesc Message Throws the Error "Enter A Latest Ship Date in RIB" (Doc ID 2848066.1)

Symptoms

 When the header of an approved PO is modified via RIB-EXT while keeping the status as A in the message, this results in the below error

Error:

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_XORDER.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] Enter a Latest Ship Date.


Steps To Recreate:
 1. Choose one purchase order in approved status.
 2. Consume the XOrderModify Using XOrderDesc message.
 3. Noticed the error encountered in the RIB hospital.
