Daily Purge Does Not Delete Data from RPM_ZONE and RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE Tables

Symptoms
You observe data was removed from RPM_ZONE but remains in RPM_ZONE_FUTURE_RETAIL and RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE after deleting a zone in Pricing.
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Pick a zone which does not have stores under it (RPM_ZONE_LOCATION empty for the zone), no price change and clearances (RPM_PRICE_CHANGE and RPM_CLEARANCE tables empty for this zone id). But the zone should have records in RPM_ZONE_FUTURE_RETAIL and RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE.
2. Delete this zone from UI and check if the records get deleted from RPM_ZONE, RPM_ZONE_FUTURE_RETAIL and RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE.
