Users Unable To Save Any Workbook Under My Folders (Doc ID 2848298.1)

Symptoms

1.  Create a dataset then try to create a workbook and save it as "My New Workbook" under my folders.

2.  Now, go to catalog --> My Folders

3.  The user cannot find "My New Workbook".  My Folders shows as Empty.
