Adding Dynamic Property on Product and SKU with Same ID Causes "property ID already in use" in Admin UI (Doc ID 2848306.1)

Symptoms

In Admin UI, when adding a SKU dynamic property with ID that is the same of a product dynamic property, it will throw "property ID already in use" on the page.

Reproducible steps:
1. Go to admin console / Catalogs / Manage Catalog / Product Types / and select a product type.

2. At Product Properties tab, add a property with id "_myProp", fill up required fields and save.\

3. Go to SKU Properties, add a property with id "_myProp". Notice an error "property ID already in use" shows up on the page.
