Symptoms

 DITINSRT missing a pre-dependency of DEALUPLD in nightly batch.

 

Steps To Recreate:

1. Observe in the nightly schedule DITINSRT can run before/alongside DEALUPD.
2. Check deal_queue for deals recently uploaded.
3.  Try to open these deals in the UI.
4.  Observe error message that deal can only be opened in View Mode until nightly batch has ran.
