Hide Manage Committed Cost (Doc ID 2848774.1)

Business doesn't want to display commitment tab and task for Project Accountant Role. We looked into the below two options

1. We created a Custom Role and Removed privilege "Manage Project Commitments Service" and run the below process, but still the user with customer role has access to "Manage Project Commitment" Task

Run 'Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes' process
Run “Import User and Role Application Security Data”

2. Done personalization through sandbox using page composer, but edit component option is not available for the task list. Please find the attached screenshot

Could you please advise the roles/duties/privileges to be removed from the custom role copied from standard role "Project Accountant" to avoid user viewing the "Manage Committed Cost" tab ?
