"Department" LOV Is Blank In Performance Goal Library And Performance Documents Filters (Doc ID 2848785.1)

Qn1:On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Performance Management

When the below navigations are used the "Department" LOV from Filters is not showing any values:

1. My Client Groups > Performance Goal Library > Filters > Department

2. My Client Groups > Performance Documents > Filters > Department

Also, when create a goal or edit in Performance Goal Library, the "Department" LOV from Library Info is not showing any values.
