Store Created Without Address In Store Data Conversion (Doc ID 2848801.1)

Symptoms

 The Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Data Model shows all fields in DC_STORE_ADDR table (This table is a staging table for data conversion and will hold the store address information) as having MANDATORY N

After executing store dc conversion the address was not present for some stores in addr file. Still, the store got created without an address in mfcs. Store table got populated but corresponding addr entries are not there.

As MFCS screen doesn't allow the creation of store without the address being populated. Store dc conversion should be failing.
