Symptoms

After 22A Update, Users are not able to take Action from Actionable Notifications they have received when navigating to Tools > Worklist

Steps to Reproduce
1. After 22A update
2. Login into Fusion Applications
3. Navigate > Tools > Worklist
4. Try to click on hyperlink to open the notification for taking action
5. Notification is not open (i.e.., no response when trying to open notification)
