Symptoms
When attempting to update the PO detail of a approved PO through publishXOrderModifyUsingXOrderDesc, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose one purchase order in approved status.
2. Consume the XOrderModifyUsingXOrderDesc message.
3. Noticed the error encounter in the RIB hospital.
